I’ve always loved movement. Growing up, I was the kid who never sat still—playing basketball, running, and staying active every chance I got. But as I got older, I thought staying active meant just playing sports. In my mid-twenties, that mindset caught up to me. I started dealing with constant pain in my ankles, knees, hips, back, and shoulders.
That wasn’t the life I wanted. I met with a personal trainer who ran an InBody scan and discovered I had serious muscle imbalances between my dominant and non-dominant sides. We started working together right away, and the transformation was life-changing. My pain disappeared, my strength returned, and for the first time, I felt truly balanced.
A few years later, I found a new challenge—martial arts. Boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai taught me discipline, focus, and humility. I worked with another personal trainer who pushed me to get stronger and more resilient than ever before. Those experiences not only changed my body, but reshaped how I see training altogether.

Today, I combine my background in personal training and martial arts to help others build strength, confidence, and longevity. My mission is simple: to help people move better, feel better, and live better—for the long term.
I believe fitness isn’t just about aesthetics or performance; it’s about building a foundation for life. I want you to have the energy and strength to play with your kids—or grandkids—and the confidence to take on whatever life throws your way.
That’s why I train, and that’s why I’m here to help you do the same!
